HOW OUR DROPS WORK
1. We announce a new drop
Each drop features a limited collection of Overstride pieces, colorways, and designs. We’ll share the launch date ahead of time so you know exactly when ordering opens.
2. Preorders open for a limited window
When a drop goes live, you’ll have a specific period of time to place your order. Because we use a preorder model, your piece is reserved and produced after you order rather than sitting in mass inventory.
3. When the window closes, the drop closes
Once the preorder period ends, those pieces are no longer guaranteed to be available. We may bring back certain favorites in the future, but restocks are not promised.
4. Your order goes into production
After preorders close, we send the final quantities to production. This means there is a longer wait than traditional in-stock shopping, but it allows us to create intentionally and avoid overproducing pieces that won't be worn.
5. Your Overstride arrives 💌
Once production and quality checks are complete, orders are packed and shipped. Each drop will have an estimated shipping timeline listed before you purchase. TIME FRAME 10-20 DAYS AFTER ORDER
